Scott Moore earned his B.S. degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University. He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from North Carolina Central University School of Law. After undergrad and while attending law school at night, Scott worked at Cisco Systems, Inc. as a computer network engineer for five years. At Cisco, he worked extensively with enterprise switching and routing equipment, troubleshooting complex networks, and designing fixes for network issues. Since joining Jenkins, Wilson, Taylor, and Hunt, Scott has focused his practice on preparing and prosecuting patent applications within several areas of computer and electrical engineering including computer networking, medical devices, software tools and systems, RF systems, and aircraft instrumentation and controls.
Scott is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and is also registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
