This year’s keynote speaker will be Andrew H. Hirshfeld, Esq. of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Hirshfeld holds the position of Commissioner for Patents and is responsible for directing all aspects of patent operations, patent quality management, resources and planning, and much more.
